Citrus Edamame

Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh or frozen edamame shelled
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. orange peel finely shredded
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Cook edamame according to the package directions; drain.
- Toss with olive oil, orange peel, dried dill weed and salt.
