Homemade Bailey’s & Cream
"It‘s hard to tell the difference between Bailey’s Liquor and my mom’s homemade version."
Ingredients
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
- 2 tsp. instant coffee dissolved in a ¼ cup water
- 1 c. rum or whiskey
- 1 can Eagle’s brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint half and half
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the half & half, cover and blend for 30 seconds. Add the half & half, blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
