In a large skillet, melt butter and oil over medium heat. Add garlic and lemon zest, cook for one minute. Add the lemon juice and white wine, simmer for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink (Do not over-cook). Immediately remove pan from heat.
Brush pizza crust with garlic-lemon sauce from the pan. Be generous, but you don't want your pizza to look like a puddle.
Top with shrimp, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Slide pizza directly onto the baking rack. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and the crust is crisp.
