Skinny Margherita Pizza
A thin, crisp crust, topped with marinara sauce, Italian herbs, low-fat mozzarella cheese, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil leaves...Delizioso! And it's only 150 calories per serving!!

Ingredients
- 2 multigrain rounds split in half
- 4 tsp. pizza or marinara sauce divided
- 4 tsp. shredded skim mozzarella cheese divided
- Dried Italian herb seasoning for sprinkling
- 1 plum or roma tomato thinly sliced into 8 slices
- 8 small basil
- grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Assemble pizzas by spreading 1 teaspoon marinara sauce over each round. Top with 1 teaspoon cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Place two tomatoes on top of each round.
- Grill until the cheese melts and the rounds are crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with 2 basil leaves and a light sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
