Flag Pole Fruit Kebabs
A patriotic fruit platter, How cute is that?
Servings: 12 skewers
- 3-4 bananas sliced
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 lb. strawberries halved
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 12 (8-inch) Bamboo skewers
- In a shallow bowl, briefly soak banana slices in pineapple juice to help prevent browning.
- Alternate 3 strawberry halves and 2 bananas slices onto 6 skewers.
- Alternate 2 strawberry halves and 1 banana slice onto 5 skewers. To the same skewer add 5 blueberries.
- Line up skewers on a platter to form a flag. Serve immediately.
- Cook's Note: My daughter ate one of the kebabs before I took the photo, so we have one skewer missing! lol
