Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 PKG. lemon cake mix
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 c. water
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 2 T. poppy seeds
- GLAZE :
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. milk
- 1 T. butter softened
- 2-3 drops yellow food coloring

- CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, mayonnaise, eggs and poppy seed. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until done. Cool upright in pan for 25 minutes. Turn onto a serving plate. Prepare glaze.
- GLAZE: In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cake immediately.
