  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, stuffing mix, water, and garlic, gently toss until just moistened.
  3. Layer cooked turkey or chicken, basil, and cheese in a 3 quart casserole dish or 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mix.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until stuffing begins to crisp and cheese is melted.
