A quick and easy treat the whole family will enjoy making! Halloween bark is made by melting chocolate, spreading it in a thin layer and topping it with your choice of candy.

Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or in the microwave. If you melt in the microwave, heat for 30 seconds increments, stir and repeat until melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper. Using a rubber or offset spatula, spread into an even layer about a 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the candy over the chocolate.
  5. Place the bark in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  6. Once set, transfer bark to a cutting board and cut into random pieces. Serve right away or keep in an air tight container.
