  1. In a large 6 or 8 quart slow cooker, cover the bottom with 1 cup of the brown sugar.
  2. Place ham on top of the brown sugar; open the slices slightly with your fingers. Pour the honey evenly over the ham.
  3. Pour the pineapple (with juice) over the top and around the sides of the ham.
  4. Top with the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar, making sure it is evenly distributed over the entire top of the ham.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Enjoy!
