Flag Pole Fruit Kebabs
A patriotic fruit platter, How cute is that?
In a shallow bowl, briefly soak banana slices in pineapple juice to help prevent browning.
Alternate 3 strawberry halves and 2 bananas slices onto 6 skewers.
Alternate 2 strawberry halves and 1 banana slice onto 5 skewers. To the same skewer add 5 blueberries.
Line up skewers on a platter to form a flag. Serve immediately.
Cook's Note: My daughter ate one of the kebabs before I took the photo, so we have one skewer missing! lol
