Ingredients
CHICKEN SKEWERS:
2chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
1tsp.garlic powder
1/2tsp.onion powder
1/2tsp.chili powder
1/2tsp.garlic salt
1/2tsp.black pepper
Olive oil for drizzling
BANG BANG SAUCE:
1/2c.mayonnaise
1/4c.Thai sweet chili sauce
2clovesgarlic pressed
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4tsp.Sriracha optional
1pinchred pepper flakes
Cooked basmati rice for serving
Instructions
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together spices and pour over the chicken. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat.
Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers. Place them in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Carefully, flip the chicken over and cook for another 8-10 minutes more.
Meanwhile, make the bang bang sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha if using, and red pepper flakes. Brush over the chicken skewers.
Serve skewers over buttered basmati rice and enjoy!
