Frozen Piña Coladas
A cold, refreshing, blended cocktail with fresh pineapple, coconut, cherries, and rum! For a kid-friendly version, simply omit the alcohol. P.S. Don’t forget the umbrellas!

Ingredients
- 4 c. ice cubes
- 1 c. pineapple juice chilled
- 1/2 c. golden rum
- 1/2 c. cream of coconut
- Fresh pineapple wedges for garnish
- maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In blender, combine ice, juice, rum, and cream of coconut, and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries. Don’t forget the umbrellas!
