Ingredients
2tsp. anchovy pasteor 3 canned anchovy fillets
1/2c. chopped parsley
3T. chopped chives
1c.mayonnaise
1c.sour cream
2T.tarragon vinegar
1/2tsp.salt
1/4tsp.freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth about 20-30 seconds.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
