Ingredients
1med. headiceberg lettucechopped into bite size pieces
4-5 stalks celerychopped
4-5 green onionssliced
1can sliced water chestnutsdrained
1(10 oz.) pkg.frozen baby green peas
2c.mayonnaise
1/2c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4tsp.garlic powder
1tsp.seasoning salt
2tsp.granulted sugar
3-4hard boiledeggssliced
1/2 to 1c. baconcooked and crumbled
cherry tomatoessliced in half
Instructions
Layer vegetables in a 9x13-inch glass dish or bowl in the order listed above. Spread mayonnaise over the vegetables like icing.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt and sugar over mayonnaise.
Garnish with sliced eggs, crumbled bacon and cherry tomatoes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
