Ingredients
1lb. bulkItalian sausageregular or hot
3(28 oz.) cansdiced tomatoesun-drained
3(14.5 oz.) cansbeef broth
2lbs.zucchinidiced
2med.green peppersdiced
2c.celerythinly sliced
1c.onionchopped
2tsp.Italian seasoning
1tsp.dried basil
1tsp.dried oregano
1tsp.salt
1/2tsp.sugar
1/4tsp.garlic powder
3c.cooked macaroni
Instructions
In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown and crumble sausage. Add everything else except the cooked macaroni and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hr. or until veggies are tender.
