Strawberry Butter
A wonderful spread over toast, pancakes, and muffins!

Ingredients

pint
fresh strawberries
stems & hulls removed or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed and drained
1
c.
butter
room temperature
1
c.
confectioner's sugar
(1/2 c. is using frozen berries)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, cover and chill.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
