Fiesta Corn

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 T. Canola oil
- 1 1/2 c. frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Sauté red and green bell peppers in canola oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add frozen corn and cook 2 minutes more.
- Stir in chili powder, salt, and fresh cilantro.
