Parmesan Meatballs

Parmesan Meatballs

These baked meatballs make a killer meatball subs!
Course: Entrée
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. onion finely minced
  • 2 T. tomato paste
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes crushed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together with your hands until well combined. Roll into evenly sized balls.
  • Place on a rimmed baking sheet or in a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until fully cooked.
