Parmesan Meatballs
These baked meatballs make a killer meatball subs!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese shredded or grated
- 1 egg
- 2 T. onion finely minced
- 2 T. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes crushed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together with your hands until well combined. Roll into evenly sized balls.
- Place on a rimmed baking sheet or in a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until fully cooked.
