Beefy Mushroom Rice
This is one of the easiest and tastiest rice dishes to make. I often have it for lunch.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can French onion soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms undrained
- 2 T. butter melted
- 1 c. White rice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour beef broth, French onion soup, mushrooms, and melted butter into a casserole dish. Add rice and pepper, stir with a fork.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
