SRIRACHA MAYONNAISE: In a small bowl , stir together mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat an outdoor grill or skillet over on medium heat.
BURGERS: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Montreal seasoning and A-1 sauce. (Do not over-mix) Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, then roll each portion into a ball. Press each ball down flat to form a patty.
Place patties on grill or skillet and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. (If using a skillet, cook 2-3 patties at a time to avoid over-crowding) Place a slice of cheese on each cooked burger.
Place each burger on 2-3 lettuce leaves. Top with Sriracha mayonnaise, pickles, tomato, and red onions. Tightly wrap the lettuce leaves up and over the burger, then wrap in parchment paper to hold everything together. Enjoy!
