Layered Bean Dip
This dip makes a wonderful presentation whether you serve it in a glass dish or individual jars!
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can refried beans
- 2 c. sour cream
- 4-5 avocados mashed
- 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 2-3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 bunch green onions with tops thinly sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (4 oz.) can black olives sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass dish or large round dish.
- Layer the sour cream over the refried beans.
- Mix the mashed avocados with lemon juice and layer over sour cream.
- Layer the rest of ingredients in order given. Serve with tortilla chips.
